Privacy policy

Last updated June 11, 2026

FieldStock is inventory tracking software for field service companies, built by ANT Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

  • Account details. Your name, email address, company name, and the role you hold on your company's account.
  • The data you enter. Inventory items and counts, bins, trucks, vendors, purchase orders, packing slip photos, jobs, and the audit trail your team builds by using FieldStock day to day.
  • Basic usage and device logs. Things like the pages you visit, the actions you take, your browser type, and your IP address. We use these to keep the service working and to spot problems early.

How we use it

  • To run the service. Your data is what FieldStock shows you. We store it, back it up, and serve it to the people on your account, according to their roles.
  • To support you. When you ask for help, we look at your account and our logs to figure out what happened.
  • To send service emails. Low stock alerts you set up, billing notices, and occasional notes about changes that affect you. We do not flood inboxes, and we do not send marketing email to your techs.

Who handles your data

We use a small number of providers to run FieldStock. They process data only on our instructions, and they do not use it for their own purposes.

  • Google Cloud and Firebase host the application, the database, and file storage, including your packing slip photos.
  • Resend delivers our email, including low stock alerts and account notices.

That is the whole list. If it changes, we will update this page.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Your inventory counts, vendor pricing, and job records are your business, literally, and they stay that way.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we hold it briefly so you can export it or come back, then we delete it from our production systems. Backups age out on their own schedule shortly after. If you want your data gone sooner, ask through our contact page and we will handle it.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access inside FieldStock is role based, so owners, shop staff, and techs each see only what their role allows, and every change is recorded on the audit trail. Inside our company, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to support you.

No one can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and plainly.

Your rights

You can see, export, correct, and delete your data.

  • Export any report, or your full records, to CSV at any time, right from the app.
  • Correct anything by editing it in the app.
  • Ask us to delete your data, and we will.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as formal access or portability requests. Reach out and we will honor reasonable requests no matter where you are.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your data, we will email the account owner before it takes effect.
